After spending a summer at Kinship, Greta knew she wanted to dive deeper into this community. She was inspired by how much people love at the Food Center and has not seen that anywhere else. After finishing her degree in writing she is now back and excited to meet new people and explore Milwaukee. Greta is a self-proclaimed homebody, tea enthusiast, and loves baking scones.

Sarah first heard about the Mission Internship through a friend who was a previous missionary. Wanting to be part of a community that will have an impact on other’s lives, she applied and was accepted! Now Sarah is looking forward to meeting new people and growing as a person. In her free time, Sarah loves playing guitar, doing puzzles, and being outdoors!

Mary has wanted to do missionary work for most of her life. Finding Kinship through a service trip (and the recommendation of her older brother) she knew this is where she wanted to be. Mary recently graduated from UW Eau Claire with a bachelor’s in business. When Mary is not working, she loves to do pottery, go to farmers markets, and thrift!
